These terms govern participation in the Amplo Affiliate Program (the “Program”) for Amplo, Amplo KVI and AmploLink (the “Products”), operated by Vincere-Nos AS (“we”, “us”). By joining the Program you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment & eligibility

Joining is free. We may approve or decline any application, and may suspend or remove an affiliate at our discretion. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Commissions

• 30% of each payment made by a customer you refer.
• Paid for the first 12 months of that customer’s subscription.
• Commissions are calculated from actual paid invoices in Stripe (excluding taxes and fees).
• No commission is earned on your own purchases (self-referrals) or on refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent payments.

3. Attribution & cookies

When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is set for 60 days. If they subscribe within that window, the sale is credited to you. Where more than one affiliate is involved, the last referral is credited. Tracking is handled through Rewardful and Stripe.

4. Payments

• Commissions become payable after a 30-day pending period, to allow for refunds.
• Payouts are made via the method you set up (e.g. PayPal), subject to a minimum threshold.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes on your commissions and for providing accurate payout and, where required, tax details.

5. Prohibited activities

To keep the Program fair, you may not:

• Bid on our brand terms (e.g. “Amplo”, “Readloop”) in paid search, or impersonate us.
• Use spam, misleading claims, or false scarcity to promote the Products.
• Cookie-stuff, self-refer, or otherwise attempt to game attribution.
• Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or cashback, or post to coupon/deal sites without approval.
• Promote in a way that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful to our reputation.

Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the Program.

6. Relationship

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or partner of Vincere-Nos AS. You may not represent that you are, or make commitments on our behalf.

7. Termination & changes

Either party may end participation at any time. Due commissions already earned in good faith will be paid; commissions tied to fraud or breach may be withheld. We may update these terms or the commission structure with reasonable notice; continued participation means acceptance.

8. Liability

The Program is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms is limited to commissions actually payable to you.

9. Governing law
